System Composition
The system is mainly composed of three modules: on-site monitoring base station, communication network and monitoring center.
Location: Built near the main sewage discharge outlet, covering an area of about 10 ㎡, constructed with brick-concrete structure or color sandwich panels; equipped with COD monitors, flow meters, data collectors and other devices.
Environmental conditions: Equipped with lighting, heating, air conditioning and anti-theft facilities; away from strong electromagnetic interference, vibration and high humidity.
Ambient temperature: 5–35℃; relative humidity: ≤85%.
Decoration & configuration: Painted interior walls, anti-slip floor tiles, power distribution boxes, sockets and office furniture.
Power Supply Requirements
Power supply: AC 380V, three-phase five-wire system; power capacity 10KW, rated current 2.5A.
Socket: 220V / 10A three-phase socket with safe grounding; overall power distribution box with lightning protection design and reserved wiring terminals.
Isolated layout for power cables, communication lines and signal wires to avoid electromagnetic interference.
Outdoor Construction Requirements
Water sampling pipes are buried underground with PVC protective sleeves.
All waste water converges into the main anti-corrosion drainage pipe with a diameter no less than DN100.
Equipped with tap water supply and rainwater drainage system.

Sewage Outlet Renovation
Select high-quality stainless steel weirs or flumes according to on-site flow conditions.
Take Parshall flume as the standard for outlet renovation: customized processing, embedded installation, concrete pouring and exterior finishing.
The inlet section shall retain a straight buffer zone of 2–5 meters without branch inflow to ensure stable water flow; ultrasonic liquid level probe is installed at the flume inlet.
The outlet section shall be unobstructed to avoid backwater and stagnation; reasonable water drop design is permitted.
