Working Principle
This instrument applies the DPD spectrophotometric method. After adding buffer solution to a fixed volume of water sample, free chlorine in the sample reacts with DPD to form red compounds. The analyzer conducts spectrophotometric measurement to calculate the residual (total) chlorine concentration of the water sample.
Product Features
Complies with standard DPD spectrophotometry specified in HJ 586-2010 Environmental Protection Standard of China and GB 18466-2005 Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Medical Institutions.
Dual-parameter monitoring: one-click intelligent switching between total chlorine and residual chlorine.
Wide-range design to adapt to multiple application scenarios.
Intelligent multi-range switching for automatic adaptation to different water bodies.
Strong anti-interference capability; no regular calibration required, with automatic compensation for chroma and turbidity interference.
Safe maintenance operation, avoiding direct contact with measured water samples.
Long maintenance cycle: reagent replacement every 30 days and pipeline replacement every 180 days.
Low operation and maintenance costs with low reagent consumption, minimal waste liquid discharge and independent separation of wastewater and waste liquid.
